We commonly use the Dutch Complete Hormone test to evaluate sex hormone and stress hormone status.
The Dutch test is a urine test. Benefits of the DUTCH Test over other kinds of hormone testing is that it shows us how you are metabolizing your hormones i.e. where does excess estrogen go? How is your body breaking your hormones down?
This is more information than is received from a serum (blood) hormone test (although we use that method of testing in certain situations as well).
