Initial Tips & Pointers

Hello! Dr. Emily and Dr. Kelcie here. Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing some information that is really going to help you take control of your health. We know this can be an exciting and intimidating time. Let me just say, we’re glad we get to be a part of your journey to accomplish your health goals and improve your life. Our goal is to provide great information in these videos and in your program documents so you have all the tools you need to be successful in each step of the program. Part of being successful is being prepared for the steps you will take in your program.

As you start this course, it’s going to be important to pay attention to the layout. Each module, you're going to watch videos and read content just like this first module. All the course work is laid out in modules that cover the specific steps and content you need to learn for that section of the program. That way, you know what you’re supposed to do for each specific week without any confusion. As you watch videos, pay attention to the content and options on each lesson page. You’ll have links to documents and buttons that allow you to move between lessons in your program. So just follow the steps we give. Take one step at a time. One day at a time. That is really going to make this process even more valuable to you!
